For large quantities of a thousand units or more, we suggest replicating the discs which dramatically reduces the price per unit. Replication is the process of copying data from a master source to a disc by means of “stamping” or “pressing” as opposed to using recordable media. Stamping transfers the information in the form of lands and pits directly into the raw poly carbonate disc material. The disc is then metallized to make it reflective and coated with lacquer. Producing a Blu-ray Disc, DVD, CD-ROM or an audio CD.
